On the rare occasion you will receive an answer in 24 hours and I can not ever remember receiving a response in less than 12 business hours, but this is exactly what your customer service team did. You not only answered my question in full, but did it in record time. When I replied with a follow-up question at 9:47pm, I had a response back from her at 8:42am the next morning! Incredible!
